Boxwood Property Fund provides seed funding for selected local entrepreneurs within our buildings. One example is the support provided to an entrepreneur to establish a carwash.  We would like to introduce you to Serge, Serge has a small car wash business that he runs out of  Picbel Parkade –  ‘ Serge’s Rain Water Car Wash’   Serge is based on the 7th floor, we installed 2 x 5 liter Jo Jo Tanks on the roof and Serge and his team use that water to wash car’s. You can leave your car with Serge or arrange for him to wash your car in your parking space.

Serge has 3 employees that support up to 6 families.
