With over 13 years of experience in the property sector, Fayaz has developed a deep expertise across residential, retail, and commercial properties. Having joined Boxwood in 2019, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy, driven by a strong passion for data analytics and financial modelling.

Previously, Fayaz served as the finance lead at FPG Property Fund and Communicare, where he refined his skills in financial leadership and property management.

Fayaz holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA/CTA) and a B. Accounting Science (Bcompt) and is registered with SAICA.
